Creamy Coco Palm Sugar Spread is made by by heating, cooling and stirring Pure Coco Palm Sugar until it becomes a creamy spread.  The thick syrup is then cooled until firm to the touch.  It is then stirred until a very fine grain sugar is produced and then immediately packaged.  The product is soft and can be spread with a knife.
